FAQs

  • Payment is made upon delivery via Swish to our business account. Businesses may also pay via invoice or bank transfer.

  • If for example you’re planning to move at a later date, you can choose to have the furniture delivered at a later time. In such cases, you simply pay a small deposit for the item, and we’ll save it for you while removing the ad.

  • All items are sold as-is. The furniture is second-hand, so please note that minor wear and tear may be present. Always make sure to request additional pictures or close-ups of the furniture you’re interested in!

  • Unfortunately we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • We do not offer furniture exchanges, such as trading in your old sofa for a new one. All purchases are handled separately, and we do not accept furniture as partial payment. However, if you’re interested in selling furniture to us, this can be discussed.

  • We’re happy to accept furniture donations during delivery! Please let us know in advance.

  • If for instance you want to get rid of your old sofa, we can take it to the recycling center for a fee of 499 SEK, alternatively for 299SEK in connection with the purchase of a furniture. Please notify us before delivery.
